Paul Lasky Dog Training (Our Company) is a sole trader, with no affiliation to any other company or group. This privacy policy will explain how Our Company, uses the personal data we collect from you, when you become a client.

What data do we collect?
Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
Any other information relevant to the dog's behaviour including, if required, clinical medical history and vet surgery details.

Card payment details are not collected or stored, they are input by you into a secure payment system.

How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect, via Email, JotForm and WhatsApp instant messaging.

We do not process or collect information from our website via your browser’s cookies.

Our Company will not share your data with and has no affiliation with any other company.

How do we store your data?
Our Company only stores your data in the raw format that it is supplied directly to us via Email, JotForm and WhatsApp instant messaging.

Our Company will keep your data for as long as you are training with us, plus a period of 2 years from our last communication. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from the raw form that it was originally supplied directly to us.

Our Company, with your permission, also takes videos of your dog and yourself. This may include sections of your home in the background. These videos will be used for body language, analysis and social media.

Marketing
Our Company may directly send you information about products and services of ours, that we think you might be interested in.

You have the right at any time, to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes.

Our Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request to Our Company, for copies of your personal data. There will be no charge for this. This includes any videos that have been taken with your permission.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Our Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Company to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Our Company erase your personal data. This includes any videos that have been taken with your permission.
