My wonderful experience making a website with Hello Melody Branding

After coming up with a new service idea for my business I needed help bringing it to life with some social media posts. Melody was the natural choice as she had already designed my logo with great success.

We had a branding consultation to agree on the themes, colours and messaging and some successful social media posts quickly materialised, achieving what I had hoped for.

After a month or two I couldn't help but crave that my website was branded in the same way. I went back to Melody and we discussed how we could remake my website in the same branding. Even my website was quite frankly rubbish, I still found this daunting.

With Melody's help I boiled down what exactly my business does. I had never done this before. Amazingly, I realised I had a very firm business model which can be translated into a new clean and simple website. This was the most surprising part of the experience. My business had just grown naturally and I had never sat down and got to know my business like this.

I sent the copy to Melody and she got to work. A few weeks later I was checking through the first draft of my new website.

The process was simple. There was a continuous dialogue where Melody and I shared our ideas and Melody gave me her professional opinions. I usually took her advice. I always felt I was working with someone very talented and reassuring.

Simultaneously I used a local photographer to take new photos for the site. Melody guided this process expertly and after some collaboration we had a vibrant set of photos.

The final result is a website I can be proud of. Clean, vibrant, gorgeous to look at, easy to use and most importantly it doubled the amount of enquiries as soon as it went live. Not only do I have a website I love, fond memories of the process, but a direct benefit to sales. Thank you Melody.
